Counselling – By appointment only - We welcome a donation towards our costs.

Groups and Courses – these are mostly free and change regularly but have recently included Assertiveness, Tai chi and Well Being sessions.

Meeting Rooms for Hire - We have rooms available for hire for meetings and conferences. Maximum 40 people capacity. Refreshments are available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to obtain the current hire rates.

Our Volunteers are vital to the smooth running of the Centre. We couldn’t achieve all we do without them. The centre offers plenty of opportunities for volunteering.
